Flat Rate shipping pricing is based on Province/Territory being shipped to, and is limited to total shipment weight of 5KG and below. Please see the below chart to determine flat rate shipping amounts based on destination:

* Please note that we do NOT offer flat rate shipping tiers to international customers at this time, nor do we have any free shipping tiers available. Flat Rate shipping will typically have 3-5 business days for order handling, and will be shipped with an average 5-7 business day expected shipping time from the date the order is shipped from our warehouse.
** All Flat Rate shipments will be insured up to a maximum $100 value - there will be no additional insurance coverage on these shipments. It there are any lost shipment claims, we will only be able to refund a maximum value of $100 in these instances. Additionally, Mission: Fun & Games is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping of orders placed under Flat Rate Shipping, and will not offer any refunds or compensation for damaged shipments.
Our general shipping costs are based on rates quoted by the delivery providers (Canada Post or FedEx) and are reliant on the size, weight, and quantity of ordered items. We also ship using Expedited rates since they are slightly faster and our volume grants us this premium at the same price as the slower regular shipping.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You are automatically sent a tracking number once your order ships.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and delivered safely. We can ship products anywhere in the Canada and most of the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Please note that Canada Post is not currently honoring any claims for parcel delays. If your parcel arrives outside of the expected delivery window, we will be unable to offer any reimbursement for shipping delays until Canada Post rescinds this policy.
While we do our best to ship products to our international customers, there are some product lines and categories that we are unable to ship outside of Canada, either due to restrictions from the publishers/distributors, or other factors. These includes - but are not limited to - products in the list below:
If you find a product that you would like to purchase that does not appear to fit the above categories and you're unable to place your order as our system does not provide you an international shipping option, please email us at contact@boardgames.ca and we would be happy to investigate the issue further.
Due to restrictions on shipping dangerous goods we are unable to ship orders that contain more than 6 Spray Cans. This includes but is not limited to:
Orders containing more than 6 Spray Cans will be cancelled and refunded. An administrative fee of $5 will be subtracted from orders cancelled and refunded due to this violation.
Please note, only items shipped using our standard couriers (Canada Post, or FedEx) are eligible for a refund under this policy - Flat Rate shipments do not apply. Mission: Fun & Games retail location does not offer refunds for items purchased online. Please see our comprehensive Sales Policy in store for more information.
Items are ineligible for any exchanges or refunds under any of the following circumstances:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we ask that you contact us by email by responding to your original order confirmation email, and we would be happy to review your concerns. If we find your request does not fall into any of the ineligibility factors noted above, we would be happy to consider a return, provided the product is still sealed, and in a like-new condition.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
All refunds will be issued once the product being returned has arrived back at Mission: Fun & Games warehouse, and has been verified by our staff. Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, up to a maximum value of $10.00 CAD. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount, the cost to reship and/or handling charges will be incurred unless this was an error on our part.
Should you be issued a return to us, We ask that you mail your return package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The cost of shipping the item(s) being returned to Mission: Fun & Games is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where it is found that the return is due to an error on the part of Mission: Fun & Games.
