Mission: Fun & Games Loyalty Program
Customers with existing customer accounts will automatically be enrolled into the points loyalty program. Customers who wish to join the points loyalty program may do so by creating an account either on boardgames.ca or in-store.
If a customer would like to opt out of the points loyalty program they may request this by emailing info@boardgames.ca with their name and account information.
Customer accounts will earn 1 point for every $2 spent on the standard tier and 1 point for every $1 spent at the accelerated tier.
Discounted purchases such as sale items, bumped and bruised, clearance, or special in-store sales will not earn points. Gift card purchases do not qualify for points - points can be earned on gift card redemptions.
Customers can move to the accelerated tier if they’ve spent more than $1000 in the current calendar year. On the last day of the calendar year customer tiers will be reset to the standard tier. All accumulated points will remain on the customer’s account.
Customers who have made at least 1 qualifying purchase with us in the current calendar year may be eligible for a 100 point birthday treat. Please note that we cannot provide the birthday treat if we have not been provided with a birthdate in your customer account.
Points will be subtracted from a customer account balance automatically for any refunds made on the account. Points are not awarded for shipping costs or GST costs.
Only one redemption can be used per transaction. A Minimum purchase amount equal to the amount being redeemed will apply to redemptions. If a redemption is not fully utilized, the remainder will not be provided to the customer in any way — this includes gift cards, store credits, cashback or any other transaction where the remainder could be distributed to the customer.
Points redemptions cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
Photo ID or other proof of identity may be required at the time of points redemption.
Points are non-transferrable and belong solely to the account they have been accumulated on.
Mission: Fun & Games/boardgames.ca is not responsible for points being lost due to misuse of accounts, unauthorized use of an account, or forgetting to use an account at the time of purchase.
Mission: Fun & Games/boardgames.ca retains the right to distribute and remove points as they deem fit.
