This is indeed a normal deck of playing cards that you can use to play any card game. However you can master your psychic potential with this deck of (ir)regular cards! When you play any traditional card game, this seemingly  (ab)normal deck of cards allows you to access hidden mental abilities to change the odds in your favor.
