Folded SpaceInsert for Dinosaur World
The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play, with removable token trays for use during the game. The rule books act as a lid on top of the trays.
The trays are arranged in up to three layers, with the hexagon building tiles arranged around the main game components. FS-DWRLD is designed to be compatible with both the Kickstarter and retail editions of the game. Each player receives their own player tray, and each Dino type has its own separate slot. There is space for all the cards to be sleeved, and you can use either the metal or card coin tokens.
All the trays are with full colour print, taking inspiration from the game's box and rulebook. All tray slots also have icons and text explaining what goes where.
The two building tile trays both store and organise the hexagon tiles. The larger tray is for the special building tiles split by A, B or C types, with the attraction and welcome center tiles added on top. The security and roller coaster attractions are added to the A tiles, the welcome centers to the B tiles, and the restaurants and merchandise shops to the C tiles. The Dino paddocks are split into two stacks in the smaller tray.
When packing the box, first place the DNA dice bag on top of the component trays with the cord end tucked down into the gap as shown. Next place on top of the bag the lab and park boards. Next go the remaining boards with the player aid cards placed adjacent to the public notice board as shown. Then place the rule books on top and you are good to go. This fills the box completely and allows for vertical storage.
